Before starting your application, visit theseminar website to review the seminar requirements and additional details. Don't forget to:

2 - Important technical notes before applying

• You can pause our application at any time and continue later.
• Data will only be saved when you click "continue" or "save and close". Clicking "back" will not save your progress.
• Fill out all mandatory fields marked with *. Incomplete applications can not be processed.
• When preparing files for upload:
• Scan copies to ensure they are high-resolution and legible.
• Upload files in PDF format (except for your photograph, which should be in JPG format).
• Name your files clearly, such as ApplicantName_CV.

Application Steps:

1. Step 1:
   Download and complete the "official nomination" form from the CIPSEM website, have it signed, and scan it for upload.
2. Step 2:
   Register for an account on the CIPSEM application portal. Keep your username and password safe—they are needed to log in.
3. Step 3:
   Log in to the portal with your credentials, complete the application form, upload the necessary documents in PDF format, and submit your application.
4. Step 4:
   Wait for the result notification in April/May 2026.
